Okay once again another installment. I have done better about eating breakfast and packing lunches. We made some chili that I could take to work as it is quite cold in my office...I definatly wanted something warm to eat. The bad part of it being cold in I am less inclined to exersice. After this weekend with daylight savings I am hoping to walk Emilia to school. It has been too dark to really consider it safe to walk her. After tonight we don't have plans in the evenings so I am hoping to get a chance to exersise a little more...it is just so hard to pack it into the short time I have in the evenings....
It is also hard because today there are 10 million Halloween parties going on here at work and off course it's all healthy, homemade snacks - NOT!! Step away from the cupcakes!
Well I am hoping that this next week will be the start of a whole new outlook.

You can do it! As for the Halloween candy, give yourself one small piece, say of a mini snickers, for 40 calories. I have found if I deny myself totally I am more likely to eat a whole bag than if I just have one little taste. Do step away from the cupcakes. Best of luck to you!
Yep, one piece is ok! I like to freeze the ones I like, then I am less likely to eat them. I have to think about it to take it out of the freezer to have one!
Good job, I know you can stay away from the cupcakes!
You can do it, and I agree one piec of candy is okay, not the 10 pieces I hav been eating...but that is another story. I have had a frustrating week too, but I am hoping to get my act together soon!
Yes, Step away from the cupcakes! They will be gone soon by someone else and not you! You can do it!
Sharon,
I struggled to find time to exercise, and I bought the book, "You on a Diet" and it has exercises that are intense and effective, but you can do them in your home without any fancy stuff. I found the link, I hope it's http://health.discovery.com/beyond/player.html?playerId=219475126&categoryId=219564258&lineupId=293829516 I don't know if that's going to work or not. If you are interested, and that doesn't work, just go to Discoveryhealth.com and search for You on a Diet; Beginner Workout. You still have to get some cardio, but these only take 20 minutes and you can do them whenever and wherever. I hope this helps...I'm currently fighting with a little bit of weight and these really work! Press on!
Taking lunch to work is HUGE! Way to go!
